Jason PRUDHOMME, Appellant, v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee.
Appellant Jason Prudhomme appeals from the trial court's summary denial of his motion to withdraw his admission to violation of probation pursuant to rule 3.170(l), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. He maintains that his plea was involuntary as he was unaware that he was waiving his attempt to challenge his underlying conviction for driving while license suspended or revoked, with two or more prior offenses (as a habitual traffic offender). We affirm without prejudice to his right to file a timely 3.850 post-conviction motion.
PER CURIAM.
