Following a hearing held before this Court on September 19, 2019, we have determined that it is appropriate to sanction attorney James W. Smith, III, Florida Bar No. 96438, of Orlando, Florida, for his failure in this case to abide by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure and for his failure to timely respond to this Court's orders. The sanctions will be imposed by a separate order.
