This court directed Appellant to file and serve an initial brief within thirty days of this court's order of August 14, 2019, and advised that failure to file a brief as directed would subject the case to dismissal for failure to prosecute without further notice. No initial brief having been filed, this case is hereby dismissed for failure to prosecute. Appellant's prior counsel filed a motion for extension of time to file initial brief and motion for leave to file amended brief. In light of this court's June 12, 2019, order allowing counsel to withdraw, and this court's August 14, 2019, order for Appellant to file a pro se brief, the motions filed by prior counsel are denied as moot.
