Jermaine KIRKLAND, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).
After consideration of appellant's response to the order to show cause issued by the First District Court of Appeal on May 16, 2019, in which appellant admitted that the notice of appeal was not timely filed, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was filed more than 30 days after rendition of the order being appealed and is, therefore, untimely.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
LaROSE, BLACK, and LUCAS, JJ., Concur
