AMENDED ORDER
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. The petitioner shall immediately be brought before the court in cases 2019-CJ-1345 and 2019-CJ-1644. Section II.2. of her Risk Assessment scoresheet shall be rescored to reflect that any past referral resolved by dismissal, non-file, or nolle prosequi is not counted, irrespective of how the parties arrived at these resolutions. The petitioner's detention status shall be determined in accordance with the new Total Score that results.
