Following review of the response, it is ordered that appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as an appeal of a non-final order. See Bell v. Bell, 44 Fla. L. Weekly D1943, at *1 (Fla. 1st DCA July 29, 2019) (“Upon consideration of Appellant's response to the Court's order of June 25, 2019, the Court has determined that because the order on appeal contemplates the need for additional judicial labor, it is not a final order. Further, the order is not appealable pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iii)(b)., because it does not fully determine the rights or obligations of a party regarding child custody or time-sharing.”).

Upon consideration of appellant's motion for award of appellate attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is conditionally granted and remanded to the trial court for consideration consistent with Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997).
