ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
Based on the proper confessions of error filed by the Department of Children and Families and the Guardian ad Litem, we grant the petition for writ of certiorari filed by L.C., the Mother, quash the order requiring her to submit to a psychological evaluation, and remand for an evidentiary hearing pursuant to Florida Rule of Juvenile Procedure 8.250(b).
Petition granted; order quashed; remanded for evidentiary hearing.
