Following review of appellant's response to this Court's order to show cause, it is ordered that the above-styled appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction without prejudice to appellant bringing a plenary appeal.

The temporary stay entered by this Court on July 15, 2019 is hereby lifted. The stay shall remain lifted even if a motion for rehearing is filed unless, and until, an order granting a further stay is entered.
