Nelly Carolina Tejera ZAPATA, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. Don Frederick Stockwell ULLOA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
We treat the Emergency Petition for Writ of Prohibition as a petition for mandamus, grant the petition and remand to the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing on the motion for temporary relocation on or before Tuesday, September 3, 2019. See Pearce v. Boudreaux, 265 So. 3d 712 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019). The trial court may thereafter render such order on the motion for temporary relocation as may be appropriate.
EMAS, C.J., and FERNANDEZ and LINDSEY, JJ., concur.
