Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above-referenced petitions are hereby consolidated for all appellate purposes.

Following review of the petitions for writs of certiorari, and the responses and replies thereto, it is ordered that said petitions are hereby denied. See In Re: Amendments to the Florida Evidence Code, Case No. SC19-107, 2019 WL 2219714 (Fla. May 23, 2019); Lowe v. Price, 437 So. 2d 142 (Fla. 1983); Nash v. General Motors Corp., 734 So. 2d 437 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999).

Upon consideration of respondent's motions for award of appellate attorneys' fees, it is ordered that said motions are granted and remanded to the trial court to fix the amount.

Petitioner's motions for attorney's fees are hereby denied.
