The petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted to the extent that the order imposing pretrial detention in case number 2019-MM-3086 is quashed. Within five days, the trial court shall impose reasonable conditions of pretrial release pursuant to section 903.046, Florida Statutes (2019), and Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.131(b)(1). This order does not address any ruling in case number 2017-CF-1935.
