E.S., the father, and Department of Children and Families, Appellants, v. R.R., the mother, and Guardian ad Litem Program, Appellees.
ON CONFESSION OF ERROR
E.S., the father, appeals from the Order Granting Termination of Protective Supervision (“TOS Order”) rendered on April 16, 2019, which order also terminated the trial court's jurisdiction over the minor child by closing the dependency case. Upon the Guardian ad Litem's and the Department of Children and Families' commendable and appropriate confession of error, this Court hereby quashes the order entered by the lower court and remands to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with the best interests of the child and Florida Rule of Juvenile Procedure 8.345(b).
Order quashed; cause remanded.
HENDON, J.
