Richard Bailey appeals the final judgment entered against him and in favor of Marcel Gravel and Joanne Gervais in the sum of $200,000 pursuant to a jury verdict. Having carefully reviewed the record and considered the arguments raised, we reverse the final judgment and remand with directions for the trial court to enter an amended final judgment awarding Gravel and Gervais the sum of $55,000, which is the amount of damages that they sustained based upon the competent, substantial evidence presented at trial.

REVERSED and REMANDED, with directions.
