Based upon Appellee's commendable confessions of error, and his notice declining to file a brief contesting the other issues raised by Appellant, we reverse the judgment on review and instruct the trial court to domesticate the March 1, 2013 judgment of the Courts of Puerto Rico at issue.

Reversed.
