After consideration of appellant's unsworn response mailed from prison June 19, 2019, to the order to show cause dated June 6, 2019, which response did not explain why the notice of appeal in the record contained the date of April 22, 2019, this court dismisses this appeal for lack of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was untimely filed. Also, appellant's motion to supplement the record on appeal is dismissed as moot.
Any attempt to seek a belated appeal, must be by a sworn petition filed with this court complying with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c). See Adams v. State, 801 So. 2d 145 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001).
