Following our review of the record,¹ we grant the petition and quash the order of the circuit appellate panel dated May 9, 2019, which awarded entitlement to appellate attorney's fees in favor of Respondent Cliff Glansen. See Paul v. Avrahami, 265 So. 3d 634 (Fla. 4th DCA 2019); Jarrette Bay Inv. Corp. v. BankUnited, N.A., 207 So. 3d 345 (Fla. 3d DCA 2016); Ramirez v. United Auto. Ins. Co., 67 So. 3d 1174 (Fla. 3d DCA 2011).
