Upon our review of the petition and response, we grant the petition for writ of mandamus pursuant to Pefaur v. Pefaur, 617 So. 2d 425 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993) and § 742.045, Fla. Stat. However, we withhold issuance of the writ as we are confident the trial court will hold a hearing within ten (10) days to make a determination on the Mother's Motion for Temporary Support and to consider whether to award child support, temporary attorneys' fees, and suit money for a court reporter and for transcripts if necessary.
