Petitioner's motion for clarification is granted. The court's order of April 24, 2019, is vacated. The court has reviewed petitioner's second amended petition for writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner's second amended petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied. Petitioner's request and amended request to take judicial notice are denied. Petitioner's motion for rehearing is stricken as unauthorized, see Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(b), but without prejudice to seek rehearing of this order in accordance with rule 9.330(a).
