Rolando Arevalo and Ana D. Filippsen appeal an order granting final summary judgment in favor of Miller Country Plaza, Inc. in an action seeking damages for injuries sustained from a dog bite. We affirm. See Leflora v. Royal Am. Mgmt., Inc., 260 So. 3d 515 (Fla. 3d DCA 2018); Cong. Park Off. Condos II, LLC v. First-Citizens Bank & Tr. Co., 105 So. 3d 602 (Fla. 4th DCA 2013); Carbonell v.
