The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. This court's review of circuit court's docket discloses that the petitioner's one rule 3.800(c) motion has been ruled on (as reflected in the copy of the order included in a supplemental filing in this court by the petitioner) and that the petitioner's one rule 3.850 motion was filed too recently to be eligible for mandamus relief at this time.

The petitioner's motions for appointment of counsel are denied as moot. The petitioner's motions for evidentiary hearing are stricken as unauthorized filings in this court.

For reference, if the petitioner seeks future relief from this court regarding his criminal case, he must include a certificate of service showing service of his filing on the Attorney General at 3507 E. Frontage Road, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida, 33607.
