Whittemore, 773 So. 2d 86 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000). See also Gaspard v. BAC Home Loans Serv., L.P., 163 So. 3d 1206 (Fla. 3d DCA 2014) (denying petitions for writ of prohibition and certiorari filed by Gaspard in the same litigation, related to the alleged unfair treatment by the trial judge).
