The petition for belated appeal from the final order denying petitioner's motions for postconviction relief filed June 6, 2014, and October 19, 2015, is denied as unnecessary. The order that petitioner seeks to appeal was rendered on October 24, 2018, and the petitioner filed a timely notice of appeal from that order on November 6, 2018, and again on November 20, 2018. An appeal from the October 24, 2018, order was initiated and is presently pending in this court under case number 2D18-4682. In the context of that proceeding, appellant may seek review of the postconviction court's denial of both the June 6, 2014, and October 19, 2015, motions.
