Upon consideration of appellee's motion to dismiss, it is ordered that the above styled appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
The motion for appellate attorney's fees is conditionally granted and remanded to the trial court. If the movant establishes his entitlement pursuant to Section 64.081, Florida Statutes, the trial court is authorized to award the movant all or a portion of the reasonable appellate attorney's fees.
