That final judgment has been reversed by this court. 1385 Starkey, LLC v. Superior Fence & Rail of Pinellas County. Inc., 44 Fla. L. Weekly D251 (Fla. 2d DCA Jan. 18, 2019). As a result, this appeal is dismissed as moot.
