The petition for writ of mandamus filed as case 2D18-4705, treated also as a petition for writ of habeas corpus, and the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed as case 2D18-5053 are granted only to the extent that the trial court shall consider monetary bond in case 18-1130 within a reasonable time following issuance of this order, without prejudice to the parties to file appropriate motions under Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.131 and 3.132 prior to the bond hearing. The petitions are denied in all other respects.
