This appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The order on appeal is neither a final order nor a nonfinal order reviewable under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 9.130(a)(3). Appellant has failed to show a material injury that cannot be remedied by a postjudgment appeal so as to invoke our certiorari jurisdiction. Cf. International Wire Corp. v. State Farm Fire & Cas. Co.. 816 So. 2d 159 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002). Appellee's Motion for Award of Attorney Fees is denied.
