Len GALE, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Trustee, Appellee/Respondent(s).
The appellee's motion for rehearing is granted. This court's January 25, 2019, order is vacated. The appellee's motion to dismiss is granted. This appeal is dismissed as from a nonappealable nonfinal order. See APAC. Inc. v. Mullen 889 So. 2d 894, 895 (Fla. 2d DCA 2004) (“Insofar as the order under review vacates the prior dismissal of the suit, it simply is an order denying the defendant corporations' motion to dismiss. Such an order is not appealable.”); Castro v. Hidalgo. 100 So. 3d 1180 (Fla. 4th DCA 2012).
