The petition for a writ of certiorari is denied, without prejudice to (a) attorney Candela's right to assert claims of privilege and decline to answer specific questions to the extent such privilege is asserted, and (b) the right of the plaintiff/respondent to obtain a judicial determination following the deposition and respecting any such specific claims of privilege.

Upon consideration of respondent's conditional motion for appellate attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is hereby denied.

Petitioner's emergency motion to stay proceedings in the lower court is denied as moot.
