P. 3.850 motion for post-conviction relief based on ineffective assistance of counsel, and is hereby transferred to the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit for Miami-Dade County, Florida. See Barnhill v. State, 828 So. 2d 405 (Fla. 5th DCA 2002).
