Demetrius L. WALKER, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES and Guardian Ad Litem Program, Appellee/Respondent(s).
The style of this proceeding has been amended to reflect the respondents shown in the caption of this order.
As respondent Department of Children and Families has provided a copy of the one existing abuse report and as it appears that the dependency petition was voluntarily dismissed, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied as moot.
The petitioner is cautioned that if he files a motion for rehearing or in the future files another petition for writ of mandamus, he must serve the trial judge. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.100(e)(3). The circuit court's online docket reflects that the case has been assigned to the Honorable Kathleen T. Hessinger.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
