Corey A. MINIX, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
ON MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION/REHEARING
We grant a Motion for Clarification/Rehearing of our opinion granting a belated appeal in this case. We now clarify that, in case number 5D18-1432, we reviewed the orders denying all of the Petitioner's postconviction claims, beginning with the order rendered on November 16, 2015. The Order of Clarification in case number 5D18-1432 constituted a final order on all of the claims and there is no order left to review at this time.
Accordingly, we grant rehearing, withdraw the opinion granting a belated appeal in this case, and dismiss the petition for a belated appeal as moot.
REHEARING GRANTED; OPINION WITHDRAWN; PETITION FOR BELATED APPEAL DISMISSED.
PER CURIAM.
COHEN, EDWARDS, and GROSSHANS, JJ., concur.
