The petition for writ of prohibition is denied because the petitioner signed a “Deferred Prosecution Agreement-Speedy Trial Waiver.” See Fla. R. Juv. P. 8.090(d)(1), (3) & (4); State v. M.B., 886 So. 2d 1031 (Fla. 4th DCA 2004) (holding juvenile waived speedy trial right by signing the general waiver in order to be considered for diversionary program); B.W. v. State, 855 So. 2d 1266 (Fla. 4th DCA 2003) (holding that the juvenile waived his right to speedy trial by executing written waiver, in order to be considered for diversion program.).
