Pedro MORENO, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
As this Court has, by previous order entered in this cause, deemed appellant indigent for purposes of appeal, appellant's motion for review of trial court's indigency determination is dismissed as moot.
Further, given this Court's prior indigency determination, the appeal in 3D18-2463 (in which appellant appeals the trial court's order determining appellant is not indigent) is also dismissed as moot.
EMAS, C.J., and SCALES and HENDON, JJ., concur.
