John Walter DABBELT, Appellant, v. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007 QH6, and Shannon Homeowners Association Inc., Appellees.
We affirm, on the merits, the final judgment of foreclosure entered in this case but remand to the trial court to enter an amended final judgment to show Appellee, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007 QH6, as the plaintiff.
AFFIRMED; REMANDED with directions.
