Conley v. Shutts & Bowen, P.A., 616 So.2d 523, 525 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993); Maillard v. Dowdell, 528 So.2d 512, 514 (Fla. 3d DCA 1988); Frazier v. Effman, 501 So.2d 114, 115 (Fla. 4th DCA 1987).
