Lemar F. CRUM, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
By order dated January 4, 2019, this court dismissed Petitioner Lemar F. Crum's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. We issue this opinion to caution Petitioner that continuing to file abusive, repetitive, malicious, or frivolous filings in this court aimed at his judgment and sentence in Orange County Circuit Case No. 2000-CF-11723 may result in sanctions such as a bar on any pro se filing in this court and referral to prison officials for disciplinary proceedings (which may include forfeiture of gain time). See § 944.279(1), Fla. Stat. (2018); State v. Spencer, 751 So.2d 47 (Fla. 1999).
PER CURIAM.
BERGER, EDWARDS and EISNAUGLE, JJ., concur.
