The petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. Within two weeks from the date of this order, the trial court shall hold a hearing at which it shall determine whether the failures to appear were willful and it shall enter an order memorializing its findings of fact and conclusions of law supporting pretrial detention as required by Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.132(c)(2) and section 907.041 (4)(i), Florida Statutes (2018). See 907.041 (4)(c)(5), Fla. Stat. (2018). The petitioner shall remain in custody pending the hearing.
