Michael HOUSTON, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
Affirmed. This Court's records reflect that, in addition to this appeal, Appellant has filed at least five prior postconviction appeals or petitions in this Court related to Leon County Circuit Court case number 2003-CF-13, including the following: 1D06-2339, 1D06-5087, 1D08-0615, 1D11-1149, and 1D12-2955. These cases reveal a history of filing repetitious and frivolous postconviction appeals and petitions. The Court warns Appellant that any future filings that this Court determines to be frivolous may result in the imposition of sanctions, including a prohibition against any further pro se filings in this Court and a referral to the appropriate institution for disciplinary procedures. See § 944.279, Fla. Stat. (2022).
Per Curiam.
Rowe, C.J., and Ray and Makar, JJ., concur.
