Upon consideration, petitioners' motion to amend/supplement their supplemental appendix in support of petition for writ of certiorari with the trial court's recent issuance of its order disqualifying petitioners' counsel is hereby denied.

Following review of the petition for writ of certiorari, and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

Respondents' motion to strike the “supplemental background” portion of petitioners' reply in support of petition for writ of certiorari and the transcript of the hearing on plaintiffs' motion to disqualify counsel contained in the supplemental appendix is hereby denied as moot.
