The petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus in case number 2D18-2850 is denied.
The petition for writ of certiorari is treated as a notice of appeal of the “Protective Order and Permanent Injunction” entered on June 25, 2018, in case number 2018-CF-9108. This appeal shall proceed under case number 2D18-3310. Within 15 days of this order, the circuit court clerk shall certify the enclosed copy of the first page of the petition as a notice of appeal and transmit it to this court.
