This appeal is dismissed as from a nonfinal, nonappealable order. Appellant's pro se motion to vacate and expedite is denied as moot. The Guardian ad Litem Program's notice of nonparty status in this case is accepted, and the GALP shall be removed from the service list in this proceeding. The parties shall not serve any further filings in this case on the GALP. Additionally, because the GALP was not a party to the proceedings in the trial court and is not a party in this proceeding, it shall not be included in the style of the case.
