In light of the lower tribunal's “order declaring defendant indigent for appeal and approving transcription of postconviction hearing,” which was filed in case number 2D18-1298, defendant's appeal of the order granting in part and denying in part his motion for postconviction relief, we dismiss this certiorari proceeding as moot.
