We grant Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus to compel the trial court to rule on his motion for postconviction relief filed on or about January 22, 2016. Because we are confident that the circuit court will promptly comply with the ruling of this court, we withhold formal issuance of the writ. Within 20 days of this order, the State of Florida shall file in this court a copy of the trial court's order that either finally resolves the motion or schedules an evidentiary hearing.
