The motion to seal is denied as petitioner has failed to comply with the specificity requirements of Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.420(e) and this Court has not been able to independently confirm the existence of confidential information in the petition, response, motions or appendices filed herein. The petition for writ of mandamus or in the alternative, writ of certiorari is denied.
