Ocean Bank, 91 So. 3d 193, 195-96 (Fla. 3d DCA 2012) (dismissing because “[a]t the time the notices of appeal were filed, and also at the time Ocean Bank filed its motions to dismiss, Beggi had no interest in the two condominium units”).
