Gee, 161 So. 3d 473 (Fla. 2d DCA 2014); Cameron v. State, 127 So. 3d 549 (Fla. 4th DCA 2012); see also Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.131(b)(1) (defining bail). This decision is without prejudice to the State to seek a modification of bail pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.131(d)(2), should it be able to satisfy the provisions of the rules.
