By an order issued June 5, 2018, this court encouraged the circuit court to consider and rule on appellant's motion for rehearing so that this appeal would no longer be in abeyance under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.020(i)(3).

The circuit court in an order rendered June 14, 2018, granted the motion for rehearing, vacated its previous orders rendered January 30, 2018, and March 13, 2018, and accepted appellant's voluntary dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus which had been filed on December 18, 2017.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because there is no longer a final circuit court order for review. Appellant does not have to file a status report as previously ordered on June 5, 2018.
