Following review of respondent's motion to dismiss petition for writ of habeas corpus and the response thereto, it is ordered that said motion is granted, and this petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed without prejudice to petitioner to file a Rule 3.850 motion in the trial court raising his claims based on newly discovered evidence.
