Edward Shane WEST–EL, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. DISCOVER BANK, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
On April 20, 2018, appellant appealed to this Court a February 16, 2018 order of the appellate division of the circuit court dismissing his appeal. We treat appellant's appeal as a petition seeking certiorari review of the appellate division's dismissal order. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.030(b)(2)(B). Because appellant's notice of appeal was not filed within 30 days of the rendition of the lower court's dismissal order, we lack jurisdiction to review the challenged order. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.100(c)(1) (requiring petitions seeking certiorari review of final orders of circuit courts acting in their appellate capacity to be filed within 30 days of rendition of the order to be reviewed.). Dismissed.
EMAS, SCALES and LUCK, JJ., concur.
