As it appears that the proceedings in the circuit court relating to the petitioner's motion to withdraw plea are progressing, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied without prejudice to the petitioner's right to file a new petition for writ of mandamus if the circuit court has not entered a final order on the motion within a reasonable time following the conclusion of the March 13 hearing on the motion.
